Sales are final. We will replace damaged books.

We’re proud of the books we publish. If your book is damaged, you may return it to us within 2 weeks and we will arrange for an exchange. Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and your customer number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of postage.
